Kesar Paneer Tikka

Ingredients
•
Paneer (cut into cubes)
- 500 grams
•
Cheese (finely grated)
- ½ cup
•
Kesar/Saffron
- 1 teaspoon
•
Milk (hot)
- 1 tablespoon
•
White pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Hara elaichis/Green cardamoms (finely powdered)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cream
- ½ cup
•
Besan/Gram flour (slightly roasted)
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1.
Crush
the
kesar
and dissolve in 1 Tablespoon of hot
milk
.
2.
Mix
with remaining
ingredients
.
3. Put
paneer
pieces in the
marinade
and
keep
aside for 2 hours.
4. Skewer
paneer
pieces and
grill
over hot charcoals for 1-8 minutes or
roast
in a preheated oven (250° C) for 12-15 minutes.
5.
Serve
immediately.
