Keerai Cucumber Juice

Ingredients

Ash gourd
- 100 grams
•
Cucumber
- 200 grams
•
Amaranth leaves
- 1 tablespoon
•
Ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Mint
- 12 leaves
•
Black salt
- a pinch
•
White salt
- a pinch
•
White pepper powder
- 2 pinches
•
Cumin seed powder
- 2 pinches
•
Lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon
Method
1.
Wash
,
scrape
outer skin and
cut
vegetables
into big pieces.
2. Push
ginger
,
greens
first into the juicer goblet followed by other
vegetables
.
3.
Add
other
ingredients
to the extract and
mix
well.
4.
Pour
in a tall glass with crushed ice and
serve
with wedges of
lemon
.
