Curd (fresh, thick)
- ¾ cup

Oil (for frying)

Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon

- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Heat
little
oil
and
fry
green chillies
and
Greens
till it shrinks completely.
2.
Remove
from fire and
grind
with
coconut
,
salt
with minimum
water
to smooth
paste
.
3.
Heat
oil
and season with
mustard seeds
, and
mix
with
ground paste
.
4. Just before
serving
mix
with fresh thick
curds
.
