Ingredients
•
Keema (mince, made from leg portion)
- ½ kg
•
Papaya paste (raw)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Nutmeg powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Corn flour
- 3 teaspoons
•
Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Onion (finely chopped)
- 1
•
Green chillies (finely chopped)
- 2
•
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Egg yolk
- 1
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil (for shallow frying)
- as required
•
Hamburger buns
- 6
•
Onion slices
- a few
•
Tomato slices
- a few
Method
1.
Grind
the
keema
finely.
Add
the raw
papaya paste
& leave aside for 1 hour.
2.
Mix
with the rest of the
ingredients
except the
oil
.
3. Divide into 6 portions. Apply a little
oil
on the palms & form the
mixture
into round patties.
4.
Fry
the hamburgers on a tawa or
frying
pan on medium
heat
until browned & cooked through.
5. Sandwich between hamburgers
buns
,
adding
onion
&
tomato slices
according to
taste
.
6.
Serve
hot with a salad & chips.
