Green Tomato Pachadi

Ingredients

• • Green tomatoes (chopped) - 1 cup
• • Green chillies - 5
• • Garlic - 4 flakes
• • Cumin seeds - ¼ teaspoon
• • Salt - as required
• • Oil (for seasoning) - as required
• • Mustard seeds (for seasoning) - ½ teaspoon

Method

• 1. Heat little oil and fry cumin, garlic, chillies and then tomatoes till moisture is absorbed completely.
• 2. Grind to coarse paste with salt.
• 3. Splutter mustard in hot oil and mix with pachadi.
