Green Peas Roti

Ingredients
•
Peas (fresh)
- ½ cup
•
Onions (finely cut)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Tomato
- 1
•
Green chillies
- 5
•
Coconut (fresh, grated)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Lemon
- 1
(optional)
•
Oil
- 2 teaspoons
Method
1.
Heat
oil
and
fry
peas
for 1 minute.
2.
Pour
½ cup of
boiling
water
and
cook
till
peas
become almost tender.
3.
Mix
finely
cut
tomatoes
and
cook
for some more time
4.
Add
minced
chillies
,
salt
and
coconut
.
5.
Remove
from fire, allow to cool and
mash
in a mixie coarsely.
Mix
lemon
juice to that.
6.
Mix
this with the prepared dough with finely
cut
raw
onions
.
7.
Roll
into chapatis and
fry
on a hot tawa with enough
oil
on both sides.
8.
Cover
Chapati with a lid while
frying
.
