Gobi Mushroom Curry

Ingredients

Button mushroom
- 200 grams
•
Cauliflower
- 1
•
Onions (sliced)
- ½ cup
•
Spring onions
- 2
•
Aniseeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
Ingredients For Grinding Together

Onions (small, peeled)
- 7
•
Garlic
- 5 flakes
•
Ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Tomatoes
- 2
•
Salt
- as required
•
Sugar
- 1 teaspoon
•
Vinegar
- 1 ½ tablespoons
Method
1.
Wash
and
cut
mushroom
into thin slices.
2. Separate
cauliflower
into smaller flowerets and put in
hot water
for 3 minutes.
Strain
the
water
and
keep
aside.
3.
Cut
spring onions
finely.
4.
Heat
butter and
fry
sliced
onions
for 2 minutes.
5.
Add
cauliflower
and
mushroom
fry
for few minutes.
6.
Add
ground paste
and
cook
in medium flame till moisture is absorbed.
7.
Add
spring onions
after
removing
from fire.
8. Use as pizza topping, sandwich topping or for
keeping
inside dosa as
masala
.
