Ingredients For Grinding Coarsely (1)

Garlic
- 10 flakes
•
Tomatoes choppeds
- 1 ½ cups
Ingredients For Dry Roasting Separately & Grinding

Red chillies
- 8
•
Poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon
•
Dhania
- 2 teaspoons
•
Grams (roasted)
- 1 ½ tablespoons
Ingredients For Grinding To A Smooth Paste

Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 2 tablespoons
Method
1.
Heat
oil
in a pressure pan,
add
masala
spices
and then
cauliflower
.
2.
Fry
for 2 minutes,
add
ground paste
(1) and
stir
for 1 minute.
3.
Add
powdered
spices
and just enough
water
to
cover
the
spices
.
4. When it comes to
boil
, close lid and put weight on.
5. Pressure
cook
till the first whistle comes.
6. Switch off the stove. Open lid after few minutes.
7.
Add
ground paste
of
coconut
, allow it to
boil
once. Switch off the stove.
8. Garnish with
coriander
,
curry leaves
.
Serve
hot.
9. This can be served with Idli, Dosa, chapati or Appam dosai.
