Ingredients For Seasoning

Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Coriander leaves
- a few
•
Curry leaves
- 1 sprig
Ingredients For Grinding Together
•
Ginger
- 1 inch piece
•
Coconut (grated, fresh)
- ¼ cup
•
Garlic
- 2 flakes
•
Green chillies
- 2
•
Sugar
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Grind
the
ingredients
to thick
paste
with little
water
.
2. Season with
mustard seeds
and garnish with
coriander
and
curry leaves
.
3.
Mix
fresh thick
curds
just before
serving
.
