Red chillies

Black gram dal
- 2 teaspoons
•
Ginger (chopped)
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Jaggery
- a little
•
Tamarind
- small lemon size
•
Salt
- 1 tablespoon
•
Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Heat
little
oil
and
fry
red chillies
,
black gram dal
and then
ginger
.
2.
Grind
with
coconut
,
jaggery
,
tamarind
and
salt
.
3.
Heat
oil
,
add
mustard seeds
and
mix
with chutney.
