Garlic Prawn Curry

Ingredients
•
Prawn (medium, deshelled, deveined with tails intact)
- ½ kg
Ingredients For The Marination
•
Garlic-green chilly paste
- ½ tablespoon
•
Black pepper (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons
•
Chilly sauce
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Garlic cloves (chopped)
- 4
•
Cornflours
- 1 teaspoon
•
Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
Ingredients For The Sauce
•
White vinegar
- 1 tablespoon
•
Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons
•
Sesame seeds (roasted)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Green chillies (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
Method
1. Take a bowl and
marinate
the
prawn
with all the
ingredients
for 30 minutes.
2. Take a small bowl and
mix
the
vinegar
,
soy sauce
,
sesame seeds
and
green chillies
and the
sauce
is ready.
3.
Heat
a non- stick pan and
pour
2 Tablespoon
sesame
oil
. When hot
add
marinated
prawns
and
stir
fry
till
prawn
tails are curled and cooked. Do not overcook.
4.
Serve
the
prawns
in a dish along with the
sauce
.
