Garlic Paneer

Ingredients

Paneer
- 200 grams
•
Garlic cloves
- 6

Red chillies (dry)
- 6

Sugar
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- ½ teaspoon
•
Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon
•
Water
- 2 tablespoons
•
Oil
- 1 tablespoon
•
Strand mace
- 1
•
Cumin
- ½ teaspoon
•
Onion
- 1
•
Coriander (for garnishing)
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1.
Add
garlic, dry
red chilly
,
sugar
,
salt
,
vinegar
,
water
in a blender and
blend
all the
ingredients
well.
2.
Heat
oil
in a pan,
add
strand mace
,
cumin
,
cut
onions
and
cook
till it becomes soft.
3.
Add
the sauce and
cook
till it thickens.
Add
paneer
and saute for 2 minutes.
4. Garnish with
coriander
leaves
.
5.
Serve
hot.
