Garlic, Curry Leaves Chutney

Ingredients

Garlic (peeled)
- 20 flakes
•
Red chillies
- 8
•
Cumin seeds
- ΒΌ teaspoon
•
Curry leaves
- 2 sprigs
•
Salt
- as required
•
Asafoetida
- 2 pinches
•
Tamarind (soaked in water)
- small lime size
Method
1.
Soak
tamarind
in little
water
for 10 minutes.
2.
Grind
red chillies
,
tamarind
,
salt
,
curry leaves
and
cumin seeds
to a smooth
paste
.
3.
Add
garlic
at the end and
grind
to a
coarse paste
and
serve
.
