Fried Egg Masala Curry

Ingredients

Onions
- 2

Peeleds
- ¼ cup
•
Garlic
- 10 flakes
•
Jeera powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Pepper powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Chilly powder
- ¾ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Eggs
- 6
•
Oil
- 2 tablespoons
•
Coriander leaves
- a few
Method
1.
Cut
onions
and
garlic
finely.
2.
Heat
oil
and
fry
garlic
till light brown.
3.
Add
onions
and
fry
till translucent.
4.
Mix
all the powders and
pour
little
water
.
5.
Simmer
,
break
eggs
pour
it on the pan one by one smoothly.
6.
Keep
closed till it is set. Turnover gently and
cook
.
7. When it is cooked properly both sides
remove
and garnish it with
coriander leaves
and
serve
hot.
