Fresh Vegetable Juice

Ingredients

Ash gourd
- 400 grams
•
Cucumber
- 300 grams
•
Carrot
- 200 grams
•
Tomato
- 100 grams
•
Celery
- 1 stalk
•
Ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Apple
- 1
•
Salt
- ¼ teaspoon
•
White pepper
- 2 pinches
•
Honey
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Remove
centre core and
seeds
from
apple
.
2.
Cut
celery
stalk into big pieces. Pluck 1 or 2
leaves
alone for juicing.
3.
Wash
all the
vegetables
properly and
cut
into big pieces.
4. Push
ginger
,
celery
first into juicer goblet followed by
carrot
,
apple
and then
tomato
,
cucumber
, pumpkin etc.,
5. To the extract
mix
salt
,
pepper
and
honey
according to
taste
.
6.
Serve
immediately with or without crushed ice as per
taste
.
