Egg Stir Fry

Ingredients

Onions (small)

Garlic
- 10 flakes
•
Oil
- 2 tablespoons
•
Eggs
- 6
•
Cinnamon
- 1 inch piece
•
Cloves
- 4
Ingredients For Grinding Together

Coconut (grated, fresh)
- ½ cup
•
Pepper corns
- 1 teaspoon
•
Red chillies
- 2
•
Aniseeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
Method
1.
Peel
onions
and
garlic
and
chop
finely.
2.
Boil
eggs
,
remove
shells and
cut
into small pieces.
3.
Heat
oil
season with
cinnamon
and
cloves
,
fry
garlic
and then
onions
.
4.
Add
ground
mixture
and
fry
for one or two minutes.
5.
Add
cut
pieces of
egg
and
mix
gently in reduced flame.
6.
Cook
for few more minutes and
remove
from fire.
