Egg Sandwich

Eggs (boiled)

Bread slices

Butter
- 3 tablespoons

Tomato ketchup

Pepper
- as required
•
Chillies (finely cut)
- 1 teaspoon
(optional)

Coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon
•
Tomatoes
- 4
•
Carrot
- 1
•
Cucumber
- 1
•
White onions
- 3
•
Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cheese (grated)
- 2 tablespoons
Method
1.
Boil
eggs
remove
shells and
make
round thin slices.
2.
Scrape
the skin from
carrot
and
cucumber
and
onion
.
3.
Cut
into thin round slices.
Cut
tomatoes
also into round slices.
4. Apply
butter
to the fresh
bread slices
, liberally.
5. Arrange
vegetable
pieces on top of
slice
with
coriander leaves
, sprinkle little
salt
,
pepper
, squeeze little
lime juice
on top, put another
slice
on top, arrange
egg
pieces with
cheese
,
salt
and
pepper
.
6.
Pour
ketchup
on top, close the sandwich with another bread
slice
.
7.
Cut
it diagonally and
serve
.
