Method
1.
Boil
eggs
,
remove
shells, slit or prick with a fork.
2.
Grind
the
masala
to a fine
paste
.
3.
Heat
oil
, season with
aniseed
,
fry
the ground
mixture
for a few minutes,
add
boiled
egg
and
fry
well.
4.
Serve
as a side dish with chapatis or rice.
5. Tastes well even with bread sandwiches.
