Egg Parathas

Ingredients

Maida
- 3 cups
•
Eggs
- 2
•
Sugar
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil (for the dough)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1. Sieve flour with
baking
powder
and
salt
.
2.
Add
sugar
and
mix
well.
3.
Make
a dent in the middle,
break
the
eggs
,
pour
and
mix
with hand properly.
4.
Add
enough
water
and
make
into soft pliable dough.
5.
Pour
oil
on top,
cover
and
keep
aside for 2 hours.
6. Take little dough
make
like a chapati,
spread
little ghee on top.
7. Sprinkle little
maida
, fold it as we do for pleats.
8. Turn round and
make
a ball again
roll
like a thick paratha.
9. Toast on a hot tawa both sides with enough
oil
.
Serve
hot with any subji.
