Egg Paneer Rolls

Ingredients

Eggs (boiled)
- 3
•
Mixed diced vegetables
- 1 cup
info: carrot, cabbage, cauliflower and peas

Onion (minced)
- 1

Tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Coriander leaves (cut)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons
•
Garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Maida
- 1 tablespoon
•
Paneer
- 500 grams
•
Oil (for deep frying)
- as required
Method
1. Blanch the
cut
vegetables
in
boiling
water
for 2 minutes.
2.
Drain
,
fry
with little
oil
,
salt
, sugar and
chilly powder
.
3. Squeeze lime
juice
and
mix
well.
4.
Cut
boiled
egg
into small bits.
5.
Mix
with
vegetables
.
6. Knead
paneer
well with
maida
,
salt
and with yellow of boiled
egg
.
7.
Add
minced
onions
and
cut
coriander leaves
to this.
8. Take little
paneer
mixture
,
make
like a cup, put little
vegetable
mixture
inside, shape into a
roll
like that of gulab jamuns, and deep
fry
in hot
oil
till brown.
9.
Serve
with ketchup.
