Egg Pan Cake

Ingredients

Maida
- 1 cup
•
Curd/Milk (fresh)
- 1 cup
•
Butter
- 5 teaspoons
•
Cooking soda
- a pinch
•
Eggs
- 2
•
Salt
- a pinch
Method
1. Beat
egg
,
mix
with other
ingredients
and
keep
aside for half an hour.
2. If the dough is very thick,
add
little
milk
to
make
it to a
pouring
consistency.
3.
Heat
a teaspoon of ghee or
butter
in a pan,
pour
a laddie full of dough,
spread
evenly by tilting the pan.
4. When it is cooked, turn over,
cook
for a minute.
5.
Serve
hot sprinkled with powdered sugar or with jam
spread
on top.
