Garlic (sliced thinly)
- 4 flakes

Ginger-chilly paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Fenugreek leaves
- 2 bunches
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil
- as required
Method
1.
Fry
in
oil
,
garlic
and
onion
till brown,
add
ginger chilly paste
,
fry
for one more minute,
add
cut
leaves
and
fry
till raw smell goes.
2.
Add
beaten
eggs
with enough
salt
and
fry
till done.
3.
Serve
with chapatis or pulkas.
