Eggs

Dosa batters
- 1 cup
•
Onion (thinly sliced and chopped)
- 1
•
Green chillies (chopped)
- 2
•
Coriander leaves
- a little
•
Carrot gratings
- a little
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil
- 2 tablespoons
Method
1.
Heat
the tawa with little
oil
.
2.
Pour
a ladle of
dosa batter
first and
spread
it evenly,
break
an
egg
on top of it, gently
spread
it using ladle.
3.
Add
the
vegetables
evenly.
4. Turn over,
cook
for a minute.
Serve
hot with chutney.
