Tomato ketchup

Onions (finely cut)
- 2 tablespoons

Coriander leaves (finely cut)
- 1 tablespoon

Tamarind extract
- 3 teaspoons
•
Garam masala
- as required
(optional)

Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cumin (roasted)
- 1 teaspoon
•
Green chilly
- 1
•
Spring onion (chopped)
- 1
•
Boondi
- 3 tablespoons
Method
1. In a bowl,
mix
tomato ketchup
,
tomato chilly sauce
,
tamarind extract
,
lemon juice
, roasted
cumin
,
green chilly
and
salt
.
2. In a plate,
cut
the boiled
egg
into two and
spread
the chutney over the boiled
egg
.
3. Sprinkle some chopped
spring onion
,
garam masala
and
boondi
over the
eggs
.
4. And the
Egg
Chaat is ready to
serve
.
