Ingredients

Eggs

Dhania seeds
- 2 teaspoons
•
Jeera
- 1 teaspoon
•
Red chillies
- 4

Coconut (grated)
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Onions (cut)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Chilly powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Garam masala
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Sugar
- as required
•
Coconut extract
- ½ cup
•
Tomato (chopped)
- 1
•
Onions (big)
- 2
•
Oil
- as required
•
Coriander leaves
- a few
Method
1. Beat
eggs
,
mix
salt
,
chilly powder
,
garam masala
,
cut
onions
and
coriander leaves
.
2.
Pour
it in small cups and place in a flat pan with
boiling
water
.
3.
Keep
in a reduced flame till it sets.
4.
Cut
onion
and
tomatoes
into strips.
5.
Heat
oil
, season with
jeera
,
fry
onions
till brown.
6.
Add
tomatoes
and
cook
till soft.
7.
Fry
Dhania
,
jeera
and
chillies
in
oil
and
grind
with
coconut
.
8.
Add
this along with
coconut extract
,
salt
,
sugar
and
turmeric
.
9. Allow it to
boil
for a minute.
Add
egg
balls and
boil
for another minute.
10. Garnish with
coriander leaves
and
serve
hot.
