Curry leaves

Ingredients For Grinding To A Paste

Method
1.
Soak
green gram
for 2 hours.
2. Pressure
cook
the
gram
with diced
carrots
and
drumstick leaves
directly till one whistle.
3.
Heat
oil
,
add
masala
spices
,
ground paste
and
fry
till golden brown.
4.
Add
salt
,
chilly
powder
,
turmeric powder
and then
tomatoes
.
5.
Cook
till it turns pulpy.
6.
Add
cooked
dal
and
boil
till it thickens.
7. Squeeze
lemon
at the end and
serve
hot with chapatis.
