Moong dal (cooked)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Tamarind extract
- a little
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
Ingredients For Grinding Together

Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 1 ½ tablespoons
•
Garlic
- 3 flakes
•
Chilly powder
- ¾ teaspoon
•
Onions (small, peeled)

Method
1.
Heat
oil
in a broad
frying
pan and
fry
onions
till crisp.
2.
Add
washed
drumstick leaves
.
3. Sprinkle salted
water
and
fry
in medium flame till
drumstick leaves
is cooked.
4.
Add
cooked
dal
,
tamarind extract
, pound
mixture
and
fry
till moisture is absorbed.
