Method
1. Select yellow, round shaped cucumber. (Andhra

Scrape
outer skin, check for bitterness and
cut
into small pieces with inner
seeds
.
3.
Soak
little
tamarind
in
water
.
4. Season
mustard seeds
,
cumin seeds
, chana
dal
,
urad dal
, methi
seeds
, slit
green chillies
,
curry leaves
and dried
red chillies
in
oil
.
5.
Grind
the
seasoning
with
tamarind
,
green chillies
,
turmeric powder
,
salt
together to smooth
paste
and
serve
with rice.
