Dhania - Cumin Chutney

Ingredients

Coriander seeds
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon
•
Coconut (grated, fresh)
- ½ cup
•
Red chillies
- 5
•
Onion
- 1
•
Tamarind (soaked & extracted)
- small lime size
•
Salt
- as required
•
Oil
- 1 teaspoon
•
Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Curry leaves
- 1 sprig
Method
1.
Cut
onions
finely.
2.
Grind
red chillies
,
dhania
,
cumin
,
salt
,
tamarind
along with
coconut
to coarse chutney consistency.
3.
Mix
cut
onions
with that.
4. Season
mustard
,
cumin
,
curry leaves
in little
oil
and
mix
with chutney and
serve
.
