Curry Leaves Chutney

Ingredients

Curry leaves
- 1 cup
•
Coriander leaves
- ½ bunch
•
Green chillies
- 5
•
Ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Grams (roasted)
- ½ tablespoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Tamarind (soaked)
- big lime size
•
Jaggery (grated)
- a little
•
Oil (for seasoning)
- as required
•
Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
Method
1.
Scrape
ginger
,
wash
curry leaves
and
coriander leaves
properly.
2.
Grind
ginger
,
green chillies
first in the mixie and then
add
soaked
tamarind
coriander
,
curry leaves
,
salt
,
jaggery
, roasted
gram
and
grind
to a coarse chutney consistency.
3. Season
mustard seeds
in little
oil
and
mix
with chutney.
