Curried Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

• • Eggs - 6
• • Bread - 10 slices
• • Butter - 1 tablespoon
• • Oil - 1 tablespoon

Ingredients For Grinding Together

• • Ginger (crushed) - 1 teaspoon
• • Garlic (crushed) - 1 teaspoon
• • Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
• • Pepper - ½ teaspoon

Method

• 1. Take equal quantities of masala ingredients and grind together with enough salt.
• 2. Heat oil in pan and fry the ground mixture till good smell comes.
• 3. Add cut pieces of egg (round, thin) or whole egg and fry till the masala coats on top of the egg.
• 4. Remove from fire. Cool, apply butter on slices, toast on a hot tawa, apply this mixture on top.
• 5. Put a piece of egg on top and serve.
