Cucumber Chow-chow Smoothie

Ingredients

Cucumber
- 200 grams
•
Chow-chow
- 50 grams
•
Cabbage
- 100 grams
•
Celery
- 1 stalk
•
Salt
- as required
•
Black pepper powder
- 2 pinches
•
Lemon juice
- ΒΌ teaspoon
•
Honey
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Remove
centre core &
seed
from
chow chow
.
2.
Wash
and
cut
other
vegetables
into big pieces.
3. First put,
celery
and hard
vegetables
into the extractor goblet followed by
cucumber
.
4.
Mix
all the other mentioned
ingredients
to the extract and
mix
well.
5.
Serve
in a glass with crushed ice on top.
