Coriander Ginger Chutney

Ingredients

Coriander leaves
- 1 bunch
•
Ginger
- 1 inch piece
•
Green chillies
- 3
•
Tomatoes
- 3
•
Salt
- as required
•
Coconut (grated, fresh)
- ½ cup
•
Asafoetida
- 2 pinches
Ingredients For Seasoning
•
Oil
- 1 teaspoon
•
Mustard seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Cumin seeds
- ¼ teaspoon
Method
1.
Wash
and
cut
coriander leaves
along with its stem into 2 or 3 pieces.
2.
Remove
outer skin from
ginger
and
cut
into small pieces.
3.
Grind
all the mentioned
ingredients
to a coarse chutney consistency.
4.
Heat
little
oil
and season
mustard
and
cumin seeds
in it and
pour
over chutney.
