Coriander & Curry Leaves Thogayal

Ingredients

• • Coriander leaves - 1 cup
• • Curry leaves - 1 cup
• • Urad dal - 1 tablespoon
• • Red chillies - 3
• • Tamarind (soaked & extracted) - lime size
• • Salt - as required
• • Oil - as required
• • Mustard seeds (for seasoning) - ½ teaspoon

Method

• 1. Heat little oil and fry chillies and dal together till golden.
• 2. Grind fresh leaves along with fried ingredients, salt and tamarind.
• 3. Season with mustard seeds and serve with hot cooked rice and ghee.
