Ash gourd
- 500 grams

Cucumber (large)
- 200 grams
•
Gooseberries (big)
- 2

Ginger
- ½ inch piece
•
Mango (raw)
- 50 grams
•
Mint
- 1 tablespoon
•
Salt
- as required

Capsicum
- ½
Method
1.
Wash
and
remove
outer skin from pumpkin.
Cut
into big pieces.
2. Check bitterness from
cucumber
and
cut
into big pieces.
3. Push
ginger
,
gooseberry
,
mint
,
capsicum
,
mango
into the juicer goblet followed with
cucumber
and
ash gourd
.
4.
Add
salt
to the juice and
mix
well.
5.
Pour
in a glass tumblers and
serve
with ice cubes.
