Coconut (fresh, grated)

Bengal grams (roasted)
- 1 ½ tablespoons

Pudinas
- ½ cup
•
Green chillies

Asafoetidas
- a pinch

Salt
- as required
Ingredients For Seasoning

Oil
- 1 teaspoon
•
Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Urad dal
- 1 teaspoon
Ingredients For Garnishing

Coriander leaves
- a little
Method
1.
Grind
all the
ingredients
together into
coarse paste
.
2.
Heat
little
oil
and season with
mustard seeds
, and
urad dal
,
pour
on top of chutney and
mix
well.
3. Garnish with fresh
coriander leaves
and
serve
.
