Coconut Chutney

Ingredients

• • Coconut (grated, fresh) - ¼ cup
• • Bengal grams (roasted) - 1 ½ tablespoons
• • Green chillies - 2
• • Asafoetidas - a pinch
• • Salt - as required

Ingredients For Seasoning

• • Oil - 1 teaspoon
• • Mustard seeds - ½ teaspoon
• • Urad dal - 1 teaspoon

Ingredients For Garnishing

• • Coriander leaves - a little

Method

• 1. Grind all the ingredients together into coarse paste.
• 2. Heat little oil and season with mustard seeds, and urad dal, pour on top of chutney and mix well.
• 3. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
