Chicken With Wine Sauce

Ingredients
•
Chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 250 grams
•
Onion (chopped)
- 1
•
Basil/Oregano
- 1 teaspoon
•
White wine/Red wine
- ¼ cup
•
Water
- ¼ cup
•
Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon
•
Garlic (crushed)
- 2 cloves
•
Mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 cup
•
Pepper
- ¾ teaspoon
•
Salt
- ½ teaspoon
•
Cornflours
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1.
Heat
a non stick pan.
Add
chicken
and
cook
dry, till it changes colour.
2.
Add
all
seasonings
,
garlic
,
wine
,
mushrooms
.
Cover
and
cook
for 7-8 minutes or till
chicken
is tender.
3. Raise
heat
.
4. Dissolve
cornflour
in 1 Tablespoon
water
.
5.
Add
to
chicken
.
Boil
and
serve
sprinkled with freshly ground coarse black
pepper
.
