Chicken Malgoba Curry

Ingredients

Chicken (cut into 8 pieces)
- 1

Onions
- 2
•
Oil
- 2 teaspoons
•
Ginger paste
- 2 teaspoons
•
Haldi powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons
•
Red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Dhania powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Curd
- 2 cups
•
Maida
- 2 teaspoons
•
Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Grind
onions
to a fine
paste
.
2. In a nonstick pan
heat
oil
and
onions
till light brown.
3.
Add
ginger paste
,
salt
,
haldi
,
dhania powder
,
red chilly powder
&
chicken
.
4.
Fry
for 1-2 minutes.
5. Beat
curd
well.
Add
maida
and
mix
well.
6.
Add
to
chicken
and
keep
stirring
till it boils.
Cover
and
simmer
for 8-10 minutes or till
chicken
is cooked.
7.
Add
garam masala
.
Mix
.
Serve
hot, garnished with fresh
ginger
string and coriander.
