Cheese Paratha

Ingredients For Making Dough
•
Whole wheat flour
- 2 cups
•
Sugar
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Milk
- ¼ cup
•
Oil
- 2 teaspoons
•
Water
- as required
Ingredients For Making Stuffing
•
Cheese
- 1 cup
•
Pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Red chilly powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Cumin powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Mango powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Lemon juice
- few drops
•
Coriander leaves (fresh)
- a few
•
Oil (for fry frying)
- as required
•
Salt
- as required
•
Amchur powder
- 1 teaspoon
Method To Make The Dough
1. Take
whole wheat flour
in a bowl and
mix
it with
salt
and
sugar
.
2. Then
add
milk
and
oil
and
mix
well
3. By sprinkling
water
little by little knead it to smooth soft dough.
4. Apply
oil
to the surface of the dough and
keep
it covered for 30 mins.
Method To Prepare The Stuffing
1.
Add
Grated
cheese
,
salt
,
pepper powder
,
red chilly powder
,
cumin powder
,
amchur powder
,
lemon juice
and finely sliced
coriander leaves
in bowl and
mix
well.
2. Now divide the dough to equal sized balls.
3. Dust it with
flour
and
roll
each ball into a small round.
4. Stuff a spoonful of
cheese
mixture
in the round.
5. Seal all the edges together and
make
it to small patties.
6. Now dust it with
flour
again and
roll
these back again into sizeable discs.
7.
Roll
gently and take care the stuffing does not come out of the paratha.
8.
Heat
tawa and
fry
the paratha on both side with
oil
sprinkle in it.
