Cheese Paratha

Ingredients For Making Dough

• • Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
• • Sugar - ½ teaspoon
• • Salt - as required
• • Milk - ¼ cup
• • Oil - 2 teaspoons
• • Water - as required

Ingredients For Making Stuffing

• • Cheese - 1 cup
• • Pepper powder - ½ teaspoon
• • Red chilly powder - ¼ teaspoon
• • Cumin powder - ¼ teaspoon
• • Mango powder - ¼ teaspoon
• • Lemon juice - few drops
• • Coriander leaves (fresh) - a few
• • Oil (for fry frying) - as required
• • Salt - as required
• • Amchur powder - 1 teaspoon

Method To Make The Dough

• 1. Take whole wheat flour in a bowl and mix it with salt and sugar.
• 2. Then add milk and oil and mix well
• 3. By sprinkling water little by little knead it to smooth soft dough.
• 4. Apply oil to the surface of the dough and keep it covered for 30 mins.

Method To Prepare The Stuffing

• 1. Add Grated cheese, salt, pepper powder, red chilly powder, cumin powder, amchur powder, lemon juice and finely sliced coriander leaves in bowl and mix well.
• 2. Now divide the dough to equal sized balls.
• 3. Dust it with flour and roll each ball into a small round.
• 4. Stuff a spoonful of cheese mixture in the round.
• 5. Seal all the edges together and make it to small patties.
• 6. Now dust it with flour again and roll these back again into sizeable discs.
• 7. Roll gently and take care the stuffing does not come out of the paratha.
• 8. Heat tawa and fry the paratha on both side with oil sprinkle in it.
