Bay leaf

Aniseeds
- ½ teaspoon

Garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon
•
Turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Sugar
- as required

Ginger
- 1 inch piece

Red chillies
- 7
Ingredients For Grinding To A Smooth Paste Using Milk (2)

Cashew nuts
- 10

Poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon
Method
1.
Soak
"For
Grinding
to a smooth
paste
using
milk
(2)"
ingredients
in hot
milk
for 10 minutes and then
grind
.
2. Separate
cauliflower
into medium sized flowerets.
3.
Soak
in warm
water
and then
strain
.
4.
Cook
green peas
till soft.
5.
Grate
the
cheese
using fine
cheese
grater.
6.
Heat
oil
in a broad
frying
pan,
add
bay leaf
,
aniseed
,
garam masala powder
and then
ground paste
(1).
7.
Fry
till
oil
separates from the
masala
.
8.
Add
cauliflower
pieces, very little
water
and
turmeric powder
.
9.
Cook
till soft.
10.
Add
whipped curds and
cook
till
oil
floats on top.
11. Put
cashew
-
poppy
paste
,
salt
, little
sugar
,
milk
little
water
if necessary.
12.
Stir
for another 2 minutes,
remove
from fire and
pour
on a
serving
dish.
13. Sprinkle grated
cheese
and
spring onion
on top.
