Bengal gram dal
- ½ cup

Garlic
- 2 flakes

Green chillies

Salt (powdered)
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Soak
dal
for few hours and
grind
coarsely with other
ingredients
.
2.
Heat
ghee or
oil
and
fry
till moisture dries up.
3.
Make
balls and use this as a stuffing for parathas.
