Cauliflower Pepper Fry

Ingredients

Cauliflowers
- 2
•
Onion (small)
- 200 grams
•
Garlic
- 10 flakes
•
Curry leaves
- 1 sprig
•
Salt
- as required
•
Ghee
- 2 tablespoons
Ingredients For Grinding Together
•
Pepper
- 1 teaspoon
•
Red chillies
- 3
•
Jeera
- 1 teaspoon
•
Onions (small)
- 10
Ingredients For Seasoning
•
Aniseeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Cut
cauliflower
into big flowerettes.
2.
Heat
ghee
in a pan.
3. Season with
aniseeds
and
mustard seeds
.
4.
Add
peeled
cut
small
onions
and
garlic
with
curry leaves
and
fry
till brown.
5.
Add
cut
cauliflower
with little
water
, close with a lid
keep
in a low flame, till
cauliflower
is cooked and the
water
is absorbed completely.
6.
Fry
"For
Grinding
together"
ingredients
in a little
ghee
and
grind
into fine
paste
.
7.
Mix
ground paste
, with little
ghee
, and
salt
to it.
8.
Fry
in a low flame constantly till the ground
mixture
coats the
cauliflower
and
ghee
is separated.
