Cauliflower Paratha

Ingredients

Cauliflower
- 1
•
Onion
- 1
•
Coriander leaves (finely cut)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Salt
- 1 teaspoon
•
Garam masala powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Dhania powder
- 1 teaspoon
•
Cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon
•
Sugar
- 1 teaspoon
•
Butter
- 2 tablespoons
•
Red chilly powder
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Wash
Cauliflower
and
soak
in salted
water
for 1 hour.
2. Clean and
grate
it using a grater.
3.
Chop
onions
into fine pieces.
4.
Heat
butter
in a
frying
pan and
tamper
with
cumin seeds
.
5.
Add
grated
cauliflower
and
fry
in a high flame
stirring
constantly till raw smell goes.
6.
Mix
other
powder
ingredients
and
fry
for another one minute
7.
Remove
from fire and
mix
finely
cut
raw
onions
and
coriander leaves
to that.
8. Use 1 Tablespoon of filling for each paratha.
