Coconut (grated)
- 4 tablespoons

Cashew nuts

Poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon

Garlic
- 3 flakes

Onion (chopped)
- 1
•
Bengal grams (roasted)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Cardamoms
- 3
•
Cinnamon
- 1 inch piece
•
Cloves
- 3
•
Green chillies
- 5
•
Red chillies
- 3
•
Coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon
Method
1.
Chop
onions
lengthwise and
tomatoes
finely.
2.
Break
cauliflower
into small pieces and
cook
in salted
water
for 2 minutes.
3.
Heat
oil
,
fry
onions
and then
tomatoes
.
4.
Add
ground paste
and
fry
for few minutes till raw flavour is lost.
5.
Add
cooked
cauliflower
,
peas
and
salt
.
6.
Add
little
water
and
cook
for few more minutes.
7.
Remove
from fire and garnish with chopped
coriander
leaves
.
