Cauliflower Curry

Ingredients

Cauliflower
- 1
•
Onion (big, slice into 1 inch pieces)
- 1
•
Lemon
- 1
•
Oil (for frying)
- as required
•
Coriander leaves
- a little
Ingredients For Grinding Together
•
Coconut (grated, fresh)
- 2 tablespoons
•
Garlic
- 3 flakes
•
Green chillies
- 4
•
Salt
- as required
Method
1.
Cut
cauliflower
into small flowerets and
keep
immersed in salted
water
for 10 minutes.
2.
Wash
well and put in hot
boiling
water
for few minutes.
Drain
well.
3.
Heat
butter or
oil
in a
frying
pan and
fry
onions
for few minutes.
4.
Add
cauliflower
and
fry
till it turns golden.
5.
Add
pound
ingredients
at the end,
mix
for a minute and
remove
from fire.
6. Squeeze
lemon
and garnish with
coriander leaves
.
