Carrot and Ginger Refresher

Carrot
- ½ kg
•
Celery
- 1 stalk
•
Garlic (peeled)
- 1 clove
•
Capsicum
- ½
•
Broccoli flowerettes
- 3
•
Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
Method
1.
Wash
the
carrots
well and
remove
both ends.
Cut
into convenient sized pieces.
2.
Cut
celery
stalks, pluck 2 or 3
leaves
alone for juicing.
3. Push
garlic
,
celery
,
broccoli
first into the juicer goblet followed with
capsicum
and
carrot
at the end.
4. To the extract
mix
salt
and
lemon juice
.
5.
Serve
in small glass tumblers.
6. Drink it sip by sip to obtain maximum benefit.
