Carrot Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

Carrot
- 500 grams
•
Coconut water (tender)
- 100 milliliters
•
Coconut pulp (tender)
- 1 tablespoon
•
Brown sugar (soft)
- as required
•
Cardamom powder
- a little
Method
1.
Wash
the
carrots
properly and
remove
top, tail portions.
2. Push it through the juice - extractor.
3. Put tender
coconut pulp
,
coconut water
,
brown sugar
&
cardamom
in a blender.
4. Run it at a low speed until everything blends properly.
5.
Add
carrot
juice at the end and
mix
well.
6.
Serve
in small 100 milliliter glasses with or without ice cubes on top.
7. Relish the juice by drinking it sip by sip.
