Carrot Chapati

Ingredients

Wheat flour
- 1 cup
•
Carrot (grated)
- 1
•
Salt
- as required
•
Red chilly powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Garam masala powder
- ¼ teaspoon
•
Ghee
- 2 tablespoons
•
Cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon
Method
1.
Mix
wheat flour
with all
ingredients
and also with enough
water
to a smooth dough.
2. Knead well for few minutes.
3.
Make
balls and
roll
out into very thin chapati.
4. Pan
fry
it in a hot tawa and
serve
.
