Carrot Beetroot Smoothie

Ingredients

Carrot (fresh)
- 200 grams
•
Beetroot
- 100 grams
•
Ginger
- ¼ inch piece
•
Honey
- ½ teaspoon
•
Salt
- as required
•
Palm sugar
- 2 teaspoons
Method
1.
Wash
carrots
in warm
water
using a
vegetable
brush for cleaning.
2.
Remove
top and tail portion and
cut
into big pieces.
3.
Scrape
thin skin from
beetroot
and
cut
into convenient sized pieces.
4. First put peeled
ginger
into the extractor and follow with other
vegetables
.
5.
Mix
other
ingredients
to the juice.
6.
Serve
in a small glass topped with crushed ice.
